Valorant Act 2 was released back on March 2nd, 2024, and introduced a brand-new Controller Agent by the name of Clove, hailing from Scotland, U.K.

Starting date of Valorant New Act 3

At this point, it is confirmed that Valorant new act 3 will be released to servers all around the globe on April 30th, 2024. This is evident thanks to the countdown timer that we see on the Valorant Client. Once the timer finishes, Act 2 is finished, and all Valorant servers will undergo a maintenance timeframe where players will download a new patch, allowing access to Valorant new Act 3. It is to be noted that during the maintenance period, the game can not be accessed in any way whatsoever.

The schedule for the release of Valorant new Act 3 is tentative, but it is expected to be released at 2 pm PT/ 5 pm ET/ 10 pm BST, keeping in view of the launch of previous Acts in Valorant. Riot Games will provide any type of update or notification whenever any changes happen, so there is nothing to worry or fret about.

What’s New in Act 3 Valorant?

Riot Games have promised the Valorant community a plethora of new content with the latest update, and not only that, the developers are introducing a new update within the Premier System, which allows participants to get promotions from their previous divisions.

The developers have also hinted towards bug fixes that include RGX Guns such as Classic, Operator, and others having broken kill sounds, Blades of Primordia’s broken running animation, etc.

We haven’t seen a change in the Map Pool back in Act 2 but Valorant Act 3 suggests that there may be a revamp with Ascent leaving the Map Pool for good. No official confirmation has been provided from the developers, however.

Dataminers suggest that a new pink bundle is coming to Valorant new Act 3 for Agents such as Operator, Phantom, Sheriff, Judge, and Melee, with the last Agent expected to have a similar design and animation based on Kunai. The cosmetics are flower-themed and items were mostly pink and purple, compared to the Spirit Blossoms skins seen in League of Legends.
